Little Duck Melts is a UK-based small business specialising in handmade candles and wax melts. All products are crafted with care using 100% soy wax and cruelty-free ingredients. Our registered business address and contact email are displayed on our website.

2. Product Information

Each item is handmade, so slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. All fragrance oils used comply with CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) regulations.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed. We accept major payment methods including PayPal and credit/debit cards. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on postal services. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have 14 days from receipt to cancel online purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Custom or personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

6. Safety and Use

Always follow candle safety guidelines:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

  • Use wax melts and candles for home fragrance only.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect customer data solely for order processing and communication. All data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on the Little Duck Melts website are owned by Little Duck Melts. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

9. Liability

We ensure all products are tested for safety and quality. Little Duck Melts is not liable for indirect losses or misuse of products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
