Processing Times

All orders are handmade and packed with care in Southampton, UK.

  • Standard processing time: 2-3 working days (Although we aim to be next day)

  • During busy periods (seasonal launches, sales, holidays), processing may extend to 3-5 working days You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

  • Tracked 48: 2 working days

  • Tracked 24: 1 working day

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and service selected.

Local Delivery / Collection

If you are local to Southampton, you may see local delivery or collection options at checkout (when available).

  • Collection times will be arranged via email after purchase.

  • Please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Packaging

All orders are packaged securely to protect your melts and candles in transit. We use recyclable or reusable packaging wherever possible.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, missing items, or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us at littleduckmelts@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable) We’ll always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your delivery address at checkout. Little Duck Melts cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of home‑fragrance products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.
